In response to the cancellation of the 2020 Montgomery County Fair, our Executive Committee has approved the following refund options for all payments:
- Refund your 2020 payments in full. These refunds will be processed within six weeks from date of request and all refunds will be issued by check.
- Rollover your 2020 payments to 2021. The Fair dates are April 9-18, 2021
- Donate your 2020 payments to the MCFA Exhibitor Stipend
- Donate your 2020 payments to the MCFA Scholarship Fund
In an effort to recognize the efforts, dedication and hard work of our exhibitors; the Montgomery County Fair Association is pleased to announce the development of a Junior Exhibitor Stipend. The details of this stipend are being finalized and will be released at a later date. This stipend is made possible by the generosity of many of our Major Sponsors along with a commitment from the Fair Association of up to $150,000. In addition, contributions for this Exhibitor Stipend are open to the community at large.
100% of all donations will go back to the kids.

Confirmation of refund option is due by April 30, 2020 by 5:00 pm. All refunds not requested by that time will remain in the MCFA General Fund. Please complete the form below and attach a copy of any payment confirmation including receipt with your request. If not available; please include the following details of your payment in the area provided: date, form of payment, and item purchased. This will help expedite the refund transaction.
