JUNIOR NEEDLECRAFT
Chairman: Barbara Lumpkin 1. The general rules for all Junior Non-Livestock Shows apply to the Needlecraft Show as well as the following special rules. 2. Individual can exhibit only four entries. You cannot enter any Section more than once. A separate entry card for each item must be filled out. 3. All exhibits that are easily soiled should be covered with some type of clear plastic material that can be easily opened and closed. 4. A DIARY OR LOG SHEET MUST BE KEPT ON ALL NEEDLECRAFT ENTRIES. THESE LOG SHEETS MAY BE OBTAINED AT THE FAIR OFFICE, AND MUST BE TURNED IN WITH YOUR ENTRY ON SATURDAY, MARCH 29 TH . You must give a complete description and size of your item when entry card is turned in on February 29 th . You must specify whether the article is a kit or a handmade original. 5. All items must be finished or framed. 6. An entry fee of $10.00 PER ITEM ENTERED will be charged. AWARDSThe preliminary judges may pick up to ten top winners in this Division. These exhibitors will receive Finalist Rosettes and must be present at the Final Judging. Individuals cannot make the top 10 more than once. The Final Judging will pick the Grand, Reserve, 3 rd and 4 th place in each Division. Grand, Reserve, 3 rd and 4 th place winners will receive trophies and will sell their item at the Auction. IF AN ITEM DOES NOT FIT THE DIMENSIONS OF THE DISPLAY CASE, BECAUSE OF SECURITY RISKS, THE ITEM WILL NOT BE DISPLAYED. An additional ten Honorable Mentions may be selected in this division. These exhibitors will receive an Honorable Mention Rosette and will have their items displayed in the Exhibit Building. CATEGORIESDIVISION I.
