ADULT FINE ARTS SHOW

1. The general rules for All Adult Shows apply to the Fine Arts Show as well as the following special rules.

2. This show is limited to four works per artist.

3. This is an all media show. No copies will be accepted. All art should be the original work of the artist. No workshop (classroom) painting will be allowed in the Show.

4. All flat entries must be matted or mounted on rigid poster board and READY FOR HANGING WITH A SUBSTANTIAL METAL HANGER. The board should be heavy enough to prevent sagging. The mat should be no larger than 3” on any side. The size of entries: Flat entries: Minimum 11”x14” matted, maximum 22”x28” matted. Sculpture: Not to exceed 36” horizontally or vertically. FRAMED PIECES WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO UNMOUNTED OR UN-MATTED WORK WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR JUDGING. PAINTINGS ON CANVAS STRETCHER FRAMES AND WORK DONE ON WOOD OR MASONITE MUST HAVE A HOOK OR WIRE ON THE BACK FOR HANGING.

5. A Special Award will be given for the Most Popular Painting selected by the people visiting and working at the Fair.

6. ENTRIES DUE WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12, 2008. LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
